The VCA requires you to send us a hard copy entry form for any intended entry to our Trial.

HOWEVER, this Club will deal with you electronically, on the following terms.

1. Select your classes to enter and calculate your costs. Include any extras like Camping fees, BBQ, City Slickers competition.

2. Perform an Electronic Funds Transfer to the Club Account (detailed below) and get the Banks reference or receipt number for the transfer.

3. Fill out an electronic entry form (detailed below) for the classes you want to enter.

4. Send the Club an email (details below). Attach the electronic entry forms for all the Classes you want to enter. In the email, detail how much you are paying and what the payment is for. Include the Bank receipt number from point 2 above.

5. Print out the electronic enty form and sign it so that you have a hard copy that you can give to us so that you comply with VCA Entry requirements

3. Put your entry form in an envelope and mail it to us, or even better, hand deliver to us, prior to the start of the Trial. No received hard copy entry, prior to the start of the Trial, will preclude you from entering. The Club must refuse entry to people who fail to comply with this requirement. No refund will be available if you fail to comply with this requirement.

4a Mail it to us, to arrive prior to the closing date of the Trial (2 November 07) - in which case why are you bothering with this experiment? or

4b Transfer the appropriate funds to our bank account by electronic funds transfer and provide the receipt number in the email you send to the Club detailing your entry intentions.

5. Pick up your competition numbers along with your catalogue on the morning of the Trial.

6. If you want anything MAILED back to you, you must include a S.A.S.E. for that purpose. The mail address is listed above at point 3.

No refund can be given for any entry you may wish to withdraw, after the closing date for entries (2 November 07). Leading up to that date, cancellation of entries will attract an administration fee of $2 per entry cancelled. This is necessary to cover our costs returning your money.

You can save quite a bit of money with our experiment; because you don't need to send us any documents at all. You could hand deliver your entry paperwork on the morning of the Trial, but don't forget to bring it/them with you!!!! No excuses. Mail it to us if you think you might forget to bring it/them.

You don't need to send us a S.A.S.E. for acknowledgement of receipt of your entry. We will respond by email when your entry arrives. If you want something mailed back to you, you must send us a S.A.S.E., but then, why are you bothering to read this?

You don't need to write us a cheque and incur the costs of the Banking system. EFT is cheaper than cheques.

YOU MUST TIE UP THE FUNDS TRANSFER DETAILS WITH THE ENTRY DETAILS by quoting your Bank's receipt number on your entry email. No money transferred will see your entry securely stored in the circular entry filing cabinet bin.

Have you considered preparing your entry on an electronic entry form - Word or Excel perhaps, keeping the original at home in a folder for your own benefit, emailing the form to us as an attachment and printing off the form to fulfil the VCA's requirement for providing hard copy documents prior to the Trial.

Do you want an electronic form to use as the basis of your entry? Select and download from the list below. If you're thinking of using Word as the basis of your form, we recommend saving the documents below as "templates". Fill the form out to suit the dog you want to use the application with. Use the "Save As" command and tell Word you want to save the document as a Template in ".dot" format. More experienced users can set up template folders for this purpose, multiple templates for multiple dogs. There are 2 types of file provided below - Word and Excel. Both types of file have an option for Trial Entry forms as well as a mixture of Trial and Conformation Show entry forms.
